Version: rascunho-2026-10-01g (draft) · In force from: not yet in force
Key points (the full text prevails)
- Iris is an artificial intelligence assistant that speaks on your behalf. It introduces
itself as an AI to your contacts and can make mistakes: check whatever is important.
- Expenses and non-standard commitments only with your approval. You are the one who decides.
- In the pilot, your account uses a usage credit issued by us; the AI cost is debited from it,
and Iris pauses when it runs out. There is never a debit beyond the credit.
- CSVnet will charge nothing unless you first expressly accept the conditions.
- The current WhatsApp connection is not official: your number may be restricted by WhatsApp.
- Brazilian law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring an action in the courts of your city.
01Who provides the service
Iris is a product of the EXECON brand, provided by CSVNET Consultoria, Negócios e Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian National Registry of Legal Entities) 11.823.985/0001-71, with registered office at Av. Paulista, 171, andar 10, São Paulo/SP, Brasil, CEP 01311-000, e-mail support@execon.ai ("we").
02Definitions
- You or customer: the person, whether an individual or a legal entity, who joins the waitlist or holds an Iris account. Anyone who accepts on behalf of a company represents that they have the authority to do so.
- Third parties: the people Iris talks to on your behalf (suppliers, service providers, family members and other contacts).
- Pilot: the current phase, in which use is by invitation and with a usage credit (item 5).
- Usage credit: the limit, in dollars, that CSVnet issues to your account in the pilot and from which the account's AI cost is debited. It is not money.
03What Iris does
Iris is a personal assistant that talks on your behalf over WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail. Starting from a goal you give it, it breaks the work into tasks, talks to each contact, gets quotes, negotiates, schedules, follows up on deadlines, coordinates deliveries and records the outcome of each task.
The replies are written by artificial intelligence (third-party models, currently from Anthropic). Iris can make mistakes, including about facts, amounts, dates and in understanding what a contact said. Do not rely on Iris's statements without checking them when the decision is important.
04Waitlist, invitation and acceptance
Access is by invitation. You join the waitlist with a Google account and answer a few questions. There is no guaranteed timeframe for the review, and we may decline a request without giving a reason. The invitation arrives by e-mail, is valid for 7 days, is personal and can only be used with the same Google account that joined the waitlist. Iris is only for people 18 years of age or older (maiores de 18 anos).
You accept these terms and the privacy policy when you join the waitlist. When you accept the invitation, you confirm your acceptance expressly, after seeing the summary in item 5; no acceptance box comes pre-ticked. We record the accepted versions and the date, time and IP address of each acceptance, and we send the confirmation to your e-mail.
05Usage credit in the pilot
- Usage credit. In the pilot, each account receives a usage credit in dollars, issued by CSVnet. The cost of the account's artificial intelligence processing is debited from it as it occurs. The usage report shows each debit.
- Credit running low. We notify you when USD 5 remain. When the credit is exhausted, Iris pauses: tasks stop where they are and stop replying to third parties until a new credit is issued. There is never a debit beyond the credit.
- The credit is not money. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred and ends when the account is closed.
- Charging. CSVnet will charge nothing without your express acceptance. Before any charge, we will present the price and the conditions for payment, withdrawal and refund.
06How Iris acts on your behalf
- You set the goals and the limits. Iris acts within what you ask and within your account's rules.
- The decisions are yours. Actions involving expenses, commitments or non-standard conditions only take place after your approval. In a negotiation, Iris carries proposals and counterproposals; you are the one who decides. What you approve binds you towards the third party, as if you had said it yourself.
- You are responsible for what you ask. You represent that you have the right to ask Iris to talk to the people you indicate and to give us their contact details, and you are the controller of that data (see the privacy policy, item 2).
- Check the records. What Iris records and reports should be checked by you before important decisions.
07Transparency with your contacts
Iris introduces itself to third parties as your AI assistant, by your name, at the start of each conversation, and never denies being an AI when asked. Iris does not claim to be your attorney-in-fact (procuradora) or exclusive representative: commitments are only valid with your approval (item 6). You may not ask Iris to impersonate you or any other human being.
08Prohibited use
Do not use Iris to:
- send mass, unsolicited or marketing messages to people who have not consented;
- deceive, harass, threaten, discriminate against or embarrass anyone;
- impersonate another person or conceal that the message is written by AI;
- carry out illegal activities, including abusive debt collection, fraud or unlawful processing of data;
- talk to children and adolescents without the participation of their parent or guardian;
- circumvent the rules of the messaging platforms, of Google or of the AI providers we use, including Anthropic's Usage Policy.
We may refuse, interrupt or not carry out a task that violates this item.
09Your channels and accounts
You connect to Iris your Google account, your WhatsApp number and, if you wish, a Telegram bot created by you. You can disconnect any of them at any time. Use of these services is also subject to the terms of each of them.
The WhatsApp connection uses an unofficial integration, as a linked device (in the same way as WhatsApp Web), and is neither offered nor endorsed by WhatsApp. There is a risk that WhatsApp may restrict or ban the connected number. We recommend using a dedicated WhatsApp Business number, and not your personal number. You accept this risk expressly and separately before connecting WhatsApp.
10What belongs to whom
- Your content is yours. The messages, goals, documents and outcomes that Iris produces for you are yours. You grant us only the license necessary to operate the service for you, for as long as it lasts.
- We do not train models on your content, and the AI provider we use may not train on it either, under its commercial terms.
- The service is ours. The software, the EXECON brand and Iris belong to CSVnet. Suggestions you give us may be used to improve the service, with no obligation to pay.
11Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Iris available, but it depends on third parties (AI providers, Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, cloud) and may become unavailable or delay messages when one of them fails. We may change or discontinue features.
12Liability
- We are liable for the damages we cause in providing the service, under the law. If you are an individual consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code).
- We are not liable for: decisions you approved or made based on what Iris reported; what third parties say, deliver or fail to fulfill; failures of third-party services beyond our control; and the blocking of the WhatsApp number connected through the unofficial integration whose risk you accepted — always excepting what the law does not allow to be excluded.
- You are liable for the damages you cause to us or to third parties through prohibited use (item 8).
13Suspension and termination
- By you: at any time, through the channel in item 19.
- By us: we may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, with notice and, when possible, an opportunity to remedy; without notice in the case of fraud, risk to third parties or a legal order. We may discontinue the service as a whole with 30 days' notice.
- Your data on termination: you have 30 days to request the export of your records; after that, we delete the account's data, except what the law requires us to keep (privacy policy, item 8).
14Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and date at the top change and we notify you by e-mail and through the channel in which Iris talks to you 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may close your account before that date. The introduction of charges follows item 5: it requires your express acceptance.
15Communications
You agree to receive, by e-mail and through the connected channels, communications about the waitlist, the account, the usage credit and these terms. Marketing communications only with your consent, which may be withdrawn.
16Language
These terms are written in Portuguese. The English and Spanish versions are translations; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
17General provisions
If a clause is held invalid, the others remain in effect. Not exercising a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account without our consent.
18Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including for customers outside Brazil. The courts of the judicial district (comarca) of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the venue (foro) to settle any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may bring the action in the courts of your domicile. Before going to court, contact us through the channel in item 19: we want to resolve it.
